With Distinguished Degrees in Psychology, four Foxbury Institute honors graduates and four University of Britechester honors graduates have been hand selected to participate in this experimental project. Here are there bios, including beginning stats.
University of Britechester graduate Jami Douglas was raised in a military family. Not afraid of discipline and hard work, she excelled in her studies and begins with: Fitness Level 6, Handiness Level 1, and Logic Level 5, and is 21 days from becoming an adult. Haylee Frazier, a Foxbury Institute grad from Brindleton Bay, is the daughter of one of the leading Robotics experts and a botanist; she begins with: Fitness Level 6, Gardening Level 5, Logic Level 5, Mischief Level 3, and Video Gaming Level 1 (ambitious, is she?) and is 21 days from becoming an adult With her expertise in gardening, she will coordinate the cultivation and harvesting of the lemons. Fellow Foxbury Institute graduate Stacey Acosta grew up in Willow Creek, raised by a single dad (her mom tragically passed away in a kitchen fire) and begins with: Fitness Level 6, Logic Level 5, Mischief Level 3, and Rocket Science Level 3 and is 19 days from becoming an adult. Jase Hwang, son of a Foxbury Professor and a Military Officer, moved around quite a bit but calls Newcrest “home”; he begins with Fitness Level 6, Logic Level 5, and Mischief Level 3 and is 21 days from becoming an adult.
One of the youngest of the group is Patrice Britt, a U Brite grad who was raised in the Spice Market by her grandmother and begins with: Charisma Level 3, Fitness Level 6, Gardening Level 3, and Logic Level 5; she is 22 days away from becoming and adult and will act as Assistant Gardener. Gerald McAlister, also a U Brite grad, hails from Del Sol Valley, the son of an aspiring actor and an archaeologist who divorced when he was in grade school; this self-assured sim begins with: Fitness Level 6, Gardening Level 3, Handiness Level 1, Logic Level 5, and Video Gaming Level 1; 21 days from becoming an adult, Gerald will be the Handyman of the group. Foxbury Institute grad Jayceon Barron is an Oasis Springs native, where his family owns a Hogan’s Burgers Chain Restaurant, 21 days from becoming an adult, Jayceon begins with an impressive Cooking Level 5, Gourmet Cooking Level 7, Fitness Level 6, Handiness Level 3, and Logic Level 5 and will be the cook for the group. Fellow U Brite grad and Patrice’s friend from childhood, Lexie Betts, is the daughter of a market stall vendor and begins with: Comedy Level 1, Fitness Level 6, Gardening Level 3, Logic Level 5, and Video Gaming Level 1; she is also 22 days away from becoming an adult and will be an Assistant Gardener. These recent graduates are excited to have been chosen for this project and, honestly, have no idea about the mental and physical stressors they are about to undergo. No worries, although Future Sims Labs and their partners may be slightly unethical in their research methodologies, the Watcher is still benevolent and cares for her sims.
I created these sims using the stories feature in Create a Sim (CAS) and, after moving them to a vacant lot, cheated gave them honorary degrees, and changed their careers to Military, Covert Ops (which is the career level achieved by earning an Honors in Psychology, Distinguished Degree), and cheated gave them the required Fitness Level 6. I moved them into the experimental lot, and, of course, some of them leveled up before I saved the household and began the story. An interesting side note is that over half were assigned to the Secret Agent career (I was deliberately trying to answer some of the stories questions to place them in the Military career, but only one was). After the first day of play, I realized I needed to make some changes to the lot, and after the third day, I realized I need to add some of my favorite game play mods to make things go more smoothly.
Update: Mods used Twisted-Mexi’s Better Exceptions and Weerbesu’s UI Cheats are the only two mods I have in the game.
